No expense was spared building, designing, and furnishing this luxury 3-story mansion, and it shows in every Travertine tile, HDTV, and breathtaking ocean view. From location to layout, everything is just a little nicer at Tiki Tides. You are going to love how much fun that makes your vacation!
First, the view. Nothing stands between you and the rolling waves of the Atlantic except the coquina-shell sands of Cinnamon Beach. The coastline is private for several miles in both directions, and so the beach is wonderfully uncrowded. Ideal for beachcombing, sunbathing, boogie-boarding, and sandcastle-building, it’s also your front-row seat for the sunrise. But if you’re just too comfortable to venture outdoors early in the morning, no problem – with all the oceanfront windows and balconies at Tiki Tides, chances are you can see the sunrise from your bed!
This 5,000+ sq. ft. house includes an elevator, plenty of outdoor spaces for entertaining, and amusements from big-screen HDTVs with DVD players to an outdoor Jacuzzi. The game room on the first floor is huge, just made for energetic kids and ready-to-relax adults. Sink into the ultra-comfortable couches and watch the big game on TV while the teens play video games or launch a poker tournament at the game tables. There is also a wet bar!
For more formal gatherings, rely on the lovely second-floor great room. There’s a big-screen HDTV and DVD player here too, as well as numerous conversation areas and plenty of room for your whole group – plus guests! Thanks to the open-plan design, this room leads directly into the formal dining room and the gourmet kitchen, making it easy to keep the food and drinks coming without breaking stride!
Whether or not you plan on cooking during this vacation, the state-of-the-art kitchen at Tiki Tides will tempt you. The appliances are all doubled here, and the elbow room even more so. The cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils – you could easily prepare a Thanksgiving feast for 20 in this kitchen, with 3 or 4 chefs using counters and cooktops at once! But even if you intend to dine out on this vacation, stock the fridges with drinks and snacks, keep the coffeemakers perking, and use the microwaves to reheat the delicious leftovers!
And when each day is done, you’ll gladly retire to the peaceful, relaxing bedrooms at Tiki Tides. The crowning glory is the master suite on the third floor, with a king-sized bed, sofa bed (ideal for toddlers!), roomy sitting area, private oceanfront balcony access, and en-suite bath with luxury fittings.
Each couple in your group will want a suite, so the third floor also contains 2 “junior masters,” each with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath. The second floor boasts 2 more suites, each with a king bed and bath. And the first floor is just for the kids, with 2 fun “clubhouse” rooms, one with 3 single beds and the other with 2 single beds.
Every bedroom has an HDTV, and of course all linens are provided, as are towel sets for all 6 bathrooms. Pack light – there’s a laundry room here to keep all those swimsuits and beach towels fresh and dry!
As lush as the interior of Tiki Tides is, the outside is every bit as exciting. A private drive leads up to big garages, with plenty of grassy lawn. Out back are the heated swimming pool, bubbly Jacuzzi, Tiki bar, summer kitchen, bathroom, and sunbathing space. Numerous balconies offer spectacular views and nice spots for chatting, napping, and reading. And you have free WiFi here too!
