Fantastic Location: This brand new home is one block to beach, next door to The Sea Biscuit Cafe-the best breakfast place on the island(wake up each morning to the smell of bacon and eggs). Coconut Joe's, Windjammer, Ben and Jerry's, surf shops, plus everything else in downtown IOP within a block.5 minute drive to Sullivan's Island. 10 minutes from Mt Pleasant movies & shopping. 20 minutes from downtown. Everthing first class and immaculate. Comfortable beds,nice linens,beautiful furniture. Three minute walk to the beach. An easy 20 to 25 minute drive to Charleston. It has an elevator, which is great for bring up luggage or for anyone in your group for whom stairs are a challenge. Just be sure you close the gate all the way after each use when getting out or it won't operate properly. The kitchen is a bit small if you're planning on cooking for a large group, but hey your on vacation. With several restaurants within a five minute walk, eat out and relax. Skip the Cabana Banana, though. The owner Jason is very nice and accommodating. We'll definitely stay here again!"

A very nice home, very nicely decorated and large. We really enjoyed staying at the home. The kitchen and dining room were large and had new appliances. The rooftop was fantastic and will be great in the summer, with views of the beach. Also great working with the owner, who was responsive and very nice. Seabiscuit next door provides great scents for each morning.

The house was in excellent condition. The bedrooms are very accommodating for a large group. Great location for beach access and proximity to local points of interest. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great House! We enjoyed a wonderful New Years weekend as the first guests in the house. Bedrooms are all beautifully decorated and very large dining area has 2 tables end to end to seat plenty of people! The proximity to The Windjammer and other happening spots was fantastic. Breakfast right next door at Seabiscuit is awesome. Kids/teenagers can walk to shopping, entertainment and not bother you! I can't wait til summer for the quick walk across street to the beach and to see what else is close by. The HUGE roof deck will be amazing in warm weather for all ages to hang out.
