Panoramic Views of Maui, Lanai, Kahoolawe Islands!
There is Nothing Like being on the Beach on Molokai, a Piece of Paradise, an island apart from the rest! Come share old Hawaii and the beauty of this natural island where life moves at the slower, more gracious pace of another age.
Enjoy living at the beach! Our great East End weather is at your door step all year round and so is the beach, just a few steps away. Molokai is a special place as is our comfortable Hawaiian style home – come and let the cares and stress of your everyday life slip quietly away. The Beach Home is a spacious 1,600 square feet and sleeps up to 5 people in a master and guest bedrooms. Enjoy all the comforts of home – tropical furnishings, large kitchen, dining, living areas, and an ocean view lanai (deck), all the amenities included.
Our beach home rests on one of the very few safe and clear swimming beaches on Molokai, Waialua Beach, protected by an outer reef and our Northeast exposure. Become a beachcomber on our sandy beach or just relax and watch the world go by or take a spectacular sunrise beach walk or watch the night lights of Maui dance to the gentle sounds of the ocean. In the winter season you can sit and watch whales as they frolic playfully in the Channel.
You only have to step out the door and you are on beautiful Waialua Beach. This is the very best value for a stay on the beach anywhere in Hawaii. This relaxing beach home is perfect for a fun-filled family vacation or a place where you can become a part of the small beach village community of Waialua, or a place to just kick back.
Molokai has its share of breathtaking natural beauty, rain forests and deserted beaches. The longest white sand beach in Hawaii, Papohaku Beach, will probably have only your foot prints on it. However, there is no glitz or glamour here, just an island lost in time.
Shopping is done in small, friendly Kaunakakai, the largest town, and in the villages of Kualapu'u and Maunaloa. You can find just about anything you need from good wine to health food. There are two food markets and numerous other shops in Kaunakakai.
Molokai weather is wonderful year round, with temperatures averaging about 75°F and rarely going 6 or 7 degrees above or below.
Complimentary fruit basket, tropical flower arrangements and an additional coffee and tea basket are included.
We invite you to visit our unique beach front home on secluded Molokai and experience the ultimate and satisfying stay of a lifetime!

Here's what FROMMERS has to say ... Excerpt from their famous guide book:
ALOHA BEACH HOUSE is rated 2 stars (very highly recommended)
'This is a great place to stay on Molokai. This Hawaiian-style beach house sits right on the white-sand beach of Waialua on the lush East End. Perfect for families, this impeccably decorated, two-bedroom, 1,600-square-foot beach house has a huge open living/dining/kitchen area that opens out to an old-fashioned porch for meals or just sitting in the comfy chairs and watching the clouds roll by.....'
'Being able to share this magical place with you has been wonderful for us, really exceeding our expectations! The time has passed far too quickly! For us, this ‘path less traveled’ was one of the best choices in vacations that we have ever made.'
Ray & Ellie ~ San Francisco, California
'We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, peaceful and inspiring setting for our long awaited vacation in Paradise. We so appreciated the thoughtfulness and care that clearly went into creating this little haven. We are sad to be leaving…..a week is not enough!'

Stayed 10 days at the Aloha Beach House and it could not have been better. The house really is steps away from the ocean. What the pictures of the interior don't show is that you're only seeing the bottom half of the rooms. There are wonderful vaulted ceilings especially in the great room (living, dining, kitchen) and master bedroom which provide light and air. It's instant therapy! You just feel lighter and happier. The house is located on the east end of the island, which is wetter. We enjoyed (probably because we're from Oregon) the rain several nights and the variable weather. The ever-changing views of the ocean, Maui and Lana'i were fantastic! And the most unbelievable thing was you could stand in the ocean at low tide a few hundred feet from the beach and see absolutely no one else in the water or on the beach. Hard to believe in this noisy, crowded world. Do your research on Moloka'i. No real night life and no 24/7 businesses but an incredible place to visit. And the beach house is highly recommended. Washer/dryer was enormous plus and house equipped with pretty much everything you'll need.
This gorgeous beach house is the epitome of the 'old' Hawaii - tranquil, serene -with the true spirit of Aloha. The beautifully maintained property is even better than the pictures depict. A photograph can't capture the real sense of 'home' that we felt staying here. It was indeed a privilege to be welcomed so warmly by the owner Catherine, who kept in contact with us to make sure everything was OK.
The location is superb and the views across to Maui are to die for. We enjoyed swimming out the front and felt as if we had our own private beach. We took a couple of trips into town for supplies, etc. but if relaxation is paramount to you, don't look any further - this is the perfect place.
We have wonderful memories of the time we spent at Aloha Beach House and can't wait to return next year.
We spent five night in Aloha Cottage, one of the loveliest vacation cottages we've ever seen--beautifully designed, furnished, and sited on a charming beach looking out over the water to Maui. Unlike some vacation rentals, this one was true to its pictures--even prettier, in fact, than the photographs show. As a long-time Maine resident, I never thought I'd like the idea of an outdoor shower, but--as another reviewer has said--taking an evening shower in the gentle Molokai air, looking over the water to the lights of Maui was simply a gorgeous experience. The kitchen was very well stocked, the washer-dryer first rate, everything was very clean and orderly. We also loved the island--it rather reminded us of traditional Downeast Maine (quiet, rural, no traffic, uncrowded, family-oriented) except, of course, in Molokai we had palm trees, tropical rain forests, gigantic sea cliffs, and macadamia nut-coconut ice cream! We wish we'd stayed much longer--it's a place of staggering beauty, but without the touristy hassle of the other islands.
The Beach House with its french doors that open up to a large lanai, the ocean breezes and a view of Maui, are what I call paradise. My husband and I spent 8 nights at the beach house at the beginning of March. The photos do show the beauty of the home and surroundings. The house was very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower with the view of Maui and the whales. The reef in front allows you to swim and snorkel safely. A great place to bring children to play on the beach and swim. We drove into town for the farmers market and found a few fresh fruits and vegetables. My husband found the bakery, which he visited twice. We also enjoyed the drive to a beautiful lagoon at the end of the road. The owner called us twice and was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that would have made the stay even more perfect, is a useable barbeque. The racks were rusted and we didn't feel it was safe to use them. Other than that, we can't wait to return.
This house is truly the epitome of a relaxing Hawaiian vacation. You won't be disappointed.
We stayed for 9 nights end of Jan to beginning of Feb 2013. The house is at appears in the photos and does not disappoint. The house was well maintained and clean. The house is beautiful. The church pavilion is on one one side which lends to more quiet. The owner called us the day we landed and during our stay. She was very helpful. It is 19 miles from town, 30 - 40 minutes away. So if your are a planner, you will do fine. If you fly by the seat of your pants, like us, you will do fine.
It rained the first two days which worked out great. we sat on the lanai and watched for whales. The outdoor shower was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't turn the TV on for 5 days (our sport oriented friends form Honolulu arrived). Breakfast on the lanai watching for whales in front of Maui was the way to start the day. We even used the outdoor grill, do supply your own charcoal. There are two resident cats who are personable and playful. We allowed them indoor, rather had trouble keeping them out since we kept the doors open. The home is quite airy and traditionally built in the Hawaiian form. It is on the east side which was a plus for us. the east side is more local and less touristy.
The beach is small and watch out for broken glass, but still walkable to the east. You can snorkel out front. I chose to start on the right side where to blue water is and go along the rocks out to the reef and rocks. On low tide the water can be quite shallow over the rocks. I also chose to go on the low tide to avoid outgoing currents on the high tide. I did see papio, so fish in the blue water on the right side. Just a mile down is Murphy Beach at mile 20, nice with lots of sand. Grab a lunch plate at Mana'e to share at home. Or go west just a little bit and there is a public beach to have lunch.
Overall, we were not disappointed and would rent again in a heart beat. Do not look any further.
My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights at the end of April/ beginning of May. The house is as pictured and quite comfortable. The beach is less sandy than pictured, I believe because of more recent storms. The water is very shallow out to the reef and would have been a great spot to swim and snorkel had the weather cooperated. Still a fabulous setting and fairly private. I was sold on the outdoor shower after the first try. Where else can you shower while looking out onto the ocean? Be prepared for a 20 mile drive into town. We were advised of this ahead of time and were expecting it. The owner of the house is very nice and easy to work with. Upon my initial email inquiry she even phoned to explain details of the house and settng. She was also in contact once we arrived on the island. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet setting and a lot of relaxation.
