Perfect location, in the hamlet of Wainscott, South of the Highway, conveniently located between Bridgehampton and East Hampton and close to the Jitney stop. About 1 mile to Wainscott Beach. House has central air, elegant furnishings, ample closet space and contemporary art. Free wireless internet and HD TV. Gourmet kitchen with eat-in dining area. Backyard has 20' x 40' heated gunite pool and a private lush garden and has lots of privacy. Walk or bike-ride to the beach. Quiet street, with no through traffic. Perfect for a romantic and relaxing get-away for one or two couples. Please note home is not childproofed. Dogs permitted with some conditions - please contact owner.
