Located in the Dry Creek Valley, Casa Privata is only 4 miles (eight minutes) to the 'Tony' town of Healdsburg and only 61 miles from the Golden Gate Bridge close to Michelin star restaurants and sophisticated shopping. Casa Privata was totally remodeled in 2008, and everything is new including carpeting, flooring, beds, furnishings, appliances, etc. Satellite TV, large format high def plasma screen. WiFi inside and outside, computer included for your use. The property has over 8 acres with two planted in Cabernet Sauvignon with mountain views, totally private and gated. Two waterfalls adorn the pool and large spa. The kitchen is designed for people who love to cook and socialize. There is a bocce court with automatic ball retrieval to play on. Unlike most rentals, which have small beds, Casa Privata's master bedrooms each have KING SIZE BEDS all with new high end mattresses. All linens and towels are professionally laundered and pressed. Total Privacy: Casa Privata has recently added a communal table on the patio that seats 12 guests. There is a walking/jogging trail of about a mile and a half through the vineyards. Once you pass through our security gate there are only three other large properties that are not seen from Casa Privata. It truly is private.

September October: Special last minute rates for these open dates. It's still Harvest time here..lots of color!!

This home is spectacular. I am thrilled that the owners are sharing it with us. Absolutely EVERYTHING about this home and our hosts was wonderful. The kitchen is quite lovely and had everything we needed to make a nice barbeque dinner after a full day of visiting many local wineries. I returned home and quickly reserved Casa Privata for October to be enjoyed with my girlfriends :) It is that nice!

This house was absolutely fabulous! It is quiet and secluded, yet you are only five minutes from Healdsburg. The house is clean, well-maintained and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and bocce ball court. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and their wine was great. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are traveling to Healdsburg.

Wow...just a great house, location and owners. Way better than we expected. First, the house is incredible. The attention to detail is amazing...First Class home with no expenses spared. Second, the location is very private yet close to all wineries and the town of Healdsburg. And third, the owners are so nice and helpful. We loved it here. The pool and hot-tub blend together with 2 waterfalls and is really amazing. A barn next door full of wine in the barrel to taste. Bocce court, acres to walk around, etc. We will book again.

This house was amazing! Beautifully designed and maintained! Love the bocce court and wine barrel tasting! The location was absolutely perfect; private and quiet, but so close to Healdsburg and all the vineyards on Dry Creek. The very reasonable rates along with the impeccable service and generosity of the owners is a dream come true combination. If you are planning a trip to wine country, staying here is an absolute must!!!
