Notes: Family beach cottage for over 25 years, located three (3) blocks from the Pacific Ocean in quaint Redondo Beach, CA. There are ample amenities and services located nearby including a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, movie theatres and shopping. Our beach style home is warm and cozy and is located in proximity to many South Bay beach amenities; including the famous Redondo Esplanade, surfing, sport fishing, volleyball and a variety of nightlife activities. The area has a mild climate and the home has a working furnace. Only outdoor pets will be considered and the interior of the house is a non smoking home; you can smoke outside or in the backyard.
