Rare and wonderful, right on the sands of Clearwater Beach; A brand new beach front condo with direct Gulf front views with 4 bedrooms and 3 and ½ baths. There is plenty of room for 1 or even 2 families with over 2600 square feet of living space. This million dollar condo is located in exclusive North Clearwater Beach. You can easily walk down the beach to restaurants, shops and Pier 60. The kitchen is gourmet with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. The living area is large and open with 2 sliding glass doors and fabulous views of the beach. The dining room seats eight people. The Master Bedroom offers a beach view and a master bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower along with double sinks. In the unit you will enjoy high speed Internet access and digital HD TV. Additional features include assigned parking with a private entrance from the elevator to this unit. Outside along the beach is a heated pool. No smoking and No pets please.

New Construction on the Beach:

This building was completed late in 2007. Access to the assigned parking is via remotes to open the doors to the ground floor parking garage. Once in the elevator, you will enter your code for the unit and once on your floor, the elevator will open up directly to your unit only. The area around this building is primarily residential but you are only a short walk down the beach to restaurants, shopping and Pier 60

This condo is beautiful and very comfortable. There were eight of us staying there and we all had plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other all the time. Would definately stay at this property again if visiting the area again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The perfect place to stay/ worth the price.

Loved it. My family and I really enjoyed this Condo. It was everything they said it was plus some. The front balcony view was excellent. The sun set each night right in front of your eyes...Just georgous. I plan to go every year. Marble floors and beautiful kitchen. Enough room for everyone to have some private space. Pefect for adult and kids. Plenty of things to do nearby for all ages. Just loved it and would reccommend it highly. 5 star all around. Sharon N.C.
