Designed to take full advantage of the space and dynamic views, this inviting living space includes a top-of-the-line kitchen opening to a spacious dining and living area, and two large bedroom suites. With its floor-to-ceiling windows, everywhere you look is another exciting New York view and from the serenity of your own living area you have a wonderful view down to Times Square.

You also have full access to Entertainment Club on the fourth floor including billiards, virtual golf, conference center, catering kitchen, and a fitness center. Then step out to the terrace for a picturesque place to sit with a drink and take in the city streets below or finesse your game on the terrace’s putting green.

This accommodation was great! The bed, the comforters and the pillows helped us sleep so soundly. We had some of the best sleep ever. The views were amazing. It was great to be in the hustle and bustle of Times Square but then come up to a quiet beautiful home. Next time we go to New York we will definitely try to stay here first.

Great place to stay!

I spent a week in September with 3 other friends at this fabulous apartment. The location couldn't have been better, in the heart of Times Square. You can walk just about anywhere from here. We never took a taxi and found the subway very easy to navigate and close by. The TKTS booth for same day broadway tickets is half a block away. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped kitchen and plenty of room for 4 people. The view is incredible. The building was lovely and the gym on the 4th floor well maintained. We spent the day walking and being tourists and in the afternoon the apartment was certainly a welcome respite. No noise from the street or neighbors. EZ Deli up the street has fabulous sandwiches, salads etc. when you want a quick bite to eat. I hope to be back in NYC and I will definitely stay here if it's available!

Perfect location, fabulous apartment

I just spent 4 nights at this gorgeous apartment right in the heart of Times Square. Our trip to New York was for a surprise 50th birthday for my sister. Although we knew it would be nice we were not prepared for how special this apartment is. The views are absolutely amazing and the accommodation luxurious with everything you could possibly need. No noise, high floor in well maintained and friendly, secure building. The location can not be beaten in my opinion. Everything is close at hand and you are right in the heart of everything that New York has to offer. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants that extra touch to make for a fabulous New York stay, you will definitely not be disappointed.

Absolutely Amazing!!

Just recently stayed in this Penthouse. It is absolutely amazing. Everything listed about this property is accurate - and then some! The Penthouse itself is awesome, the facilities in the building are very nice, the location is perfect, the views are incredible, and the concierge and staff are very nice and helpful.
We had a wonderful time visiting The Big Apple and this Penthouse and staff made it that much better. We will definitely be returning in the future and we will definitely be staying here again.

A luxurious sanctuary

The apartment was exactly as described. Location was excellent, with 3 subways within easy reach, enabling us to shuttle up and down New York with ease. The kids loved the convenience of everything at the door step, and were only too happy to stay in with take out pizza whilst the adults enjoyed a more leisurely dinner at New York's finest. this was especially welcome during Euro 2012 matches! It really was a home away from home. We'd certainly consider this rental again.
