This private, gated community is centrally located to all Branson attractions, just 3 miles south of Highway 76 on Lake Taneycomo, just 1/4 mile downstream of the Table Rock Lake Dam. Pointe Royale has a 3 million dollar clubhouse with restaurant, fitness center, indoor pool, outdoor pools & tennis courts, plus an 18 hole championship golf course. A fishing area is available on the property. Our condo has 2 king beds. New carpet in bedrooms and tile in the rest of the condo. The living room is equipped with a queen size sleeper plus a love seat. Sleeps 6. Three TVs plus a DVD player for your use. Kitchen has new appliances and fully equipped for cooking and enjoying your stay. Dining room table seats 6. Full size washer and dryer in the utility area. Towels and linens are included. Park right in front of the building. Extra large patio to enjoy the privacy and lake view. You can see the Dam from the patio. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Dates Available Year Round.

Great place for a family vacation. We enjoyed all of the activities that were close by and easily accessable.

The condo was well stocked and made it easy to do everything that we wanted to do. The pool was close enough that the kids spent alot of free time there.

The view was fantastic and we were close to town, but out of the large crowds. We would stay here, again. Maybe next time we will try the trout fishing that is nearby.
