Charming 1,309 square foot well maintained home in a quiet community. One Month Minimum Stay. Just Bring Your Toothbrush. It is all here. Visitors are asked to launder sheets and towels, and minor cleaning Pets OK on case by case basis. Short drive to historic Beaufort, and Parris Island. Twenty five (25) minutes to Beach, at Hunting Island State Park. 35 Minutes to Hilton Head and approximately one (1) hour from Savannah, a little more to Charleston. Association rules do not permit boat or jet-ski trailers, RVs, or motorcycles in the driveway. If you plan on bringing your trailer-towed boat, motorcycle, etc. let us know so we can direct you to the Marina Lot for a small fee. Or keep at our residence at our home on Saint Helena Island.
