Cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit at end of stay if rental is not as clean as the first day of stay, renters choice. Mountain Bikes, Kayaks, Mask, Snorkel, Fins, Wakeboard, Skim Boards, Fishing Poles, PS2 VideoGame-Console, PS2 Game Library, WII Console, WII Game Library, VCR & DVD Library, Jumphouse w/ Slide & pool, Slip N Slide, Skim Board Slip N Slide and many more amenities are all available to rent for the day or week. Prior notification required along with Deposit. Rental prices are Negotiable depending # of days. T.V., VCR, DVD Player, Outdoor Gas Grill , Oven, Stovetop, George Foreman are installed in the house.
  • PR Rentals works on a first deposit first serve basis. If you would like to reserve a time slot, send an email requesting a Pay Pal invoice for the Deposit or full amount. Deposit is non-refundable. The renter must stay in contact with the Rentee until full payment is confirmed. If Renter does not stay in contact with Rentee and does not submit full payment, the Renter will lose their deposit and the reservation will not be held for that Renter. Stay in contact! Under no circumstances are Cancellations accepted unless it is with one month prior notice to the first day of rental. No refunds will be givin unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with owner and renter. All deposits will be returned via Pay Pal. Deductions for Damage, Lost, Abused items and or facilities, will be deducted from the deposit. Further action will be taken if damage exceeds deposit. You are responsible for all items, property, everything that comes along with the rental.

John was available at anytime we called. He even set us up with snorkeling, Mountain biking, Kayaking and Scuba Diving! The house is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere, close to the beach too!

Great place super fun beautiful views,service care place is great ,big backyard great for activities.Wendy and john give you excellent care everything is at your service and very beautiful.A lot of places to go to, awsome location and just plain relaxing.

Property Location Not in Dorado Area...

Upon my arrival I found out that the house is not located in Dorado beach area, it was in Vega Alta which is a good two cities away from the location it is advertised as and when you see Dorado there is a difference. The house serves its purpose of two rooms studio with two bathrooms and one small kitchen. The feel of the house is not the Hilton, it is located in a humble area. If you want a bargin and do not mind location than this will work for you. Bring extra towels, sheets, and any extra things from home depending how long you stay. John made sure that we had everything we needed and was always available. Cerro Gordo Beach is nice. I would recommend this house to economically conscious group.
