Cancelations: Cancellations are not accepted. No cancellations or loss of deposit will occur. If cancellations occur less than 30 days prior to arrival and full payment has been sent, the total amount of the reserved stay is due and will not be returned. When there is an immediate death or illness, we do offer a change of stay, within 2 years time, if that time is available (proof of death certificate is necessary, sorry). This applies to the amount paid for rent, not the deposit. The deposit can be reused again as long as the cancellation occurred more than 14 days prior to arrival. These offers only apply to the 1rst cancellation. There are no offers for 2nd or 3rd occurrences of cancellations regardless if any situation.
$310 Deposit Required, $75 goes towards linen & house cleaning fee and $59 towards Property Damage insurance Policy. No show, no return policy. Any missing, lost, stolen items will be discussed and possibly deducted and or charged to the renter. Damaged & or broken items are usually covered by the rental insurance (All items must be reported to the owner whether missing, lost, stolen, damaged or broken). PR Rentals works on a first deposit first serve basis. If you would like to reserve a time slot, send an email requesting a Pay Pal invoice for the Deposit or full amount. If another person sends in the deposit before you for the same dates, we will refund your deposit immediatly unless we have another House that you are satisfied with to rent to you. Strict No smoking in the house policy (That includes Anything that Emits smoke). You do it, you are out, lose your deposit and rent. When you rent a time slot, we deny other prospects. If you feel the house is completely misrepresented and you do not want to rent it when you first inspect the house with the owner ,you are more than welcome to inform the owner and work things out. Notification must be immediate, not after you stay for 4 nights! If you leave early for any reason and decide to stay somewhere else, you may. Although the full amount of rent, Cleaning, insurance and all other and possibly more fees are due, unless otherwise discussed between the renter and owner and agreed upon. We will always work out out any situation that is discussed in a calm, muture manner and has proven that we are in the wrong and or mis-representing. We will not deal with drunkenness, drug use, violence or any form of abuse or destruction or theft. Those matter get directly reported to the police and renters will be removed from the house losing everything. All rights will be lost. All verbal and written cotracts will become void on thier part. The owner has the right to refuse,deny or remove any renter or guest for any reason.
Property Damage Protection: All renters will have deducted from there Deposit $59 for Property Damage Protection.
