Lovely two bedroom condo just 3/10th of a mile to Sea Street Beach and 1/2 mile to Veterans and Kalmus Beaches. We have a fully equipped kitchen and large living space. The two bedrooms are located on the second floor and both have queen size beds. We are close to the Kennedy Memorial, boats to the islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, deep sea fishing boats, and walking distance to Main Street. We have two assigned parking spots. We have air conditioner units in the windows.

My daughters and I spent a week at the condominium in August, 2009. The location was perfect - walk to the beach, close to main street, shopping, etc. We cooked steaks on the gas grill on the back deck and made meals in the condominium. Everything we needed was there. I even locked the keys in the unit one day, and called Kristin. She came over and retrieved the keys for us.

Felt like we were home

To our surpise, the condo was nicer than the pictures showed. Very roomy, extremely clean, nice comfortable beds, good linen and much larger than expected. Communication was always prompt and courteous. The unit is located on a quiet and clean street, just a 10-minute walk away from the Sea Street Beach - no need to pay the beach parking fee. Leave early to avoid local traffic when going on long excursions. Lots of stores, restaurants on Hyannis' Main Street. Shopping was great, atmosphere was wonderful. The Roadhouse Cafe was a very good high-end restaurant. Fresh Ketch served awesome food at a great value. In closing, we highly recommend the condo and the area in general.

Great Cape Escape

My wife and I stayed at this condo for two weeks in 2006 and 2008 and had an absolutely wonderful vacation both times. The condo is in an excellent location as it was about 500 yards to Sea Street Beach and was less than a mile to the town docks/harbor which made for an easy trip over to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Also, Hyannis' Main street is only a mile away which was great for shopping and restaurants. As for the unit itself, its was very clean and all the amenities and creature comforts (books, board games, etc) to make both our vacations memorable. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking to vacation as a couple or a family with 2 to 3 children (the unit is a two bedroom but there was a pull out coach downstairs as well). We had a fabulous time and plan on staying there again this July.

Adorable home... steps to the beach!

This was our first trip to Cape Cod and the location could not have been more perfect. It was truly steps to the beach and was situated in a quiet part of Hyannis near Hyannis Port, but still allowed us to take in interesting sites nearby. We loved being so close to Main St. where we walked, shopped and had our nightly ice cream. It was also conveniently located to travel to many places our family was interested in... The Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike path), The National Seashore, Provincetown, the ferries to the islands, woods hole and much more.

The condo was lovely and decorated with the colors indicative of the area and it felt just like a home away from home. It was spotless when we arrived and you could tell the owner kept it up nicely.

We are definitely going back, this time for 2 weeks. 1 week was just not enough!

Great vacation spot

It was so nice to be able to spend a week at this home last summer. The location was so convenient. We were able to walk to the beach and the weather could not have been more perfect. We were able to do a lot of sightseeing on Cape Cod. We spent a day in Provincetown and went whale watching. We went to Chatham for a day. We also went to Nantucket one day and Martha's Vineyard another. We did quite a bit in a week and loved every minute of it. It was great that we were comfortable in your home. Thank you, Carolyn
