This condo is located in the well maintained, gated beachfront Sea Vista complex next to the Schlitterbahn Water Park and Isla Blanca state park. The living room and master bedroom have a breathtaking floor-to-ceiling view of the beach and the park. The entire condo has been recently remodeled. The master suite has a king bed and bath with tiled shower and granite tops. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two twins. Cable TV/DVD with HBO, Cinemax and ESPN in every bedroom. Each bedroom also has its own balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that overlook the Gulf or pool area and all have a built-in dresser with granite tops and plenty of drawers. The fully equipped kitchen (range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker) with granite countertops has all the necessities. A full size washer/dryer is in the unit. The complex has two heated swimming pools and hot tubs, tennis courts and a private direct beach access.
