Quaint 1909 frame bungalow, beautifully restored and expanded in 2005, offers a private setting, quarter-sawn oak antique furnishings and stunning views. Situated on a secluded acre opposite Belfast’s charming working harbor, the property also looks south into Penobscot Bay, with water views from every room. Brick fireplace, fully equipped new kitchen with breakfast nook, remodeled bathrooms (including restored original clawfoot tub), sun room with 180-degree view, open-air front porch with swing, rockers and wicker furniture, and second-floor screened porch for summer sleeping or relaxing with a good book.
