Photos and Description of the Brigantine vacation rental House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

We have just one summer week left: July 11, please see our calendar otherwise. We include bed linens, bath towels and 8 beach tags. This modern, (three) bedroom, (two) full bath, single-family, two-floor home is just a short, two-block walk to Brigantine's white, sandy beach and four miles to Atlantic City's casinos and boardwalk. The home's back deck opens onto the Brigantine Golf Course providing a peaceful setting for sunsets and barbecues, while the swing gate will help contain pets and small children on the deck. The north-end sea wall and bay are a stroll away. First rented in 2005, the home was furnished with all new furniture, beds, and small appliances. Amenities include central air conditioning, fully-equipped kitchen, outside shower, 4 cable TVs, DVD player, stereo, washer/dryer, back deck furniture (table, 6 chairs and umbrella) and a quality Weber Grill).

Recent upgrades include: New front decks in 2009, TV upgrades and WiFi access enabled in 2008, new back decks and outside shower in 2007, fresh paint and window furnishings in 2006. Master bedroom has a king-size bed, Cable TV, and deck with a bistro table and 2 chairs so you can enjoy the outdoors with glimpses of the bay, beach, and casinos. Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and Cable TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and Cable TV. We also offer a new AeroBed auto-inflatable queen size bed which fits comfortably in the twin bed bedroom. Parking in this quiet neighborhood is not an issue, but the home has a parking pad that can accommodate two to three cars.

Brigantine Beach is one of New Jersey's best-kept secrets boasting six miles of spacious, pristine, public beaches. The island offers the best of both worlds, a peaceful family beach atmosphere with the excitement of Atlantic City's casinos and boardwalk just five minutes away. A cab ride to the marina casinos (including The Borgata, Harrah's, and Trump Marina) is approximately $12. A cab ride to the boardwalk casinos (Tropicana, Caesars, Taj Mahal, etc) is approx $14. Adults/families only, no smoking. Pets allowed only at owner's discretion for an additional 10% rent.
