We had an awesome time on vacation. The house is new and was very clean, and I am very picky. The house was decorated great and surpassed our expectations. Owners have thought of every need in the kitchen. There were plenty of linens. Full baths in all 3 bedrooms upstairs, and one extra full bath downstairs was nice. Our children enjoyed having a tv and dvd player in each bedroom during the little amount of time we actually spent inside. Their were 4 adult bikes, 2 kid bikes, and 1 trailer. These were our lifesaver to get to the beach, which was about 6-8 minutes depending on which area you were headed. The distance is too far for a young or inexperienced bike rider, but this was not a problem for us. Much closer to Seaside than Watercolor Beach Club, so we spent much more time in Seaside (at least in the evening). Publix is so close that we biked there and carried groceries in the trailer. Very close in proximity to Camp Watercolor pool and playground. We also enjoyed the Dragonfly pool (which was about a 1 minute bikeride away) because it was much quieter and never crowded, so this house doesn't just appeal to families with children...great for a group of girlfriends who need a getaway. The house was perfect for our needs. Easily accommodates 2 families. Wonderful customer service from the owners, who were eager to make sure everything was acceptable. Only regret is that we couldn't stay a bit longer. Would definitely stay here again, and I will recommend to my friends who are looking to stay on 30-A.
