This home is new to the rental market, and has undergone a major facelift! All new furnishings were put in place for the 2009 season! Bring the family to this spacious townhome in the desirable South Down Shores community. Enjoy our comfortably furnished floorplan, or enjoy some peace and quiet outside on the large deck and patio. South Down offers fun for everyone in the family with tennis courts, a basketball court, a large private beach, playground area, and walking and cross country trails. The private beach is clean, scenic, and very kid-friendly with an attached playground. There is an expansive green space along the water as well for walking, playing and picnicing. Close to lakes region attractions, including Weirs Beach, Ellacoya State Park, Outlets, Meredith, and Gunstock This is the perfect spot, whether you want to relax or enjoy all the attractions of the lakes region.

Lots of windows and a sunny color give this room an airly feel! The full bedroom has a cool and crisp feel. A set of large windows let the light and the cool breeze in while you sleep. There is a closet and a bureau available in here too. The master bedroom is designed as a peaceful getaway. This gracious room offers a king bed with comfortable linens for a great nights sleep. Or perhaps you'll just want to grab a few minutes with a good book in the separate sitting area. The master also offers a bathroom for maximum privacy.

Great home base for the Lakes region

Two families of four stayed together here and it was perfect! Clean, spacious, well equipped. Erin was wonderful to work with and very responsive. The pictures are right on - a nice place to spend a vacation. It IS isolated, which we liked for the peace and quiet, so you'll have to drive anywhere you want to go. Weirs Beach attractions were maybe 10 minutes away. I would recommend this property and we hope to return next summer.
