This beautifully decorated condo is in the exclusive gated community of Marbella. Buses and cabs are available right outside the gate. The airport and downtown are five minutes away by cab. The beach is across the street, a five minute walk. The condo has a newly updated kitchen, televisions in the living area and both bedrooms. Both balconies have garden views. There are air conditioners in both bedrooms and all rooms have ceiling fans. The spacious pool is only steps away, surrounded by lush foliage. There is a quiet and peaceful atmosphere in this tropical garden setting.

There is a grocery store a half a block from Marbella, as well as a new shopping mall offering many goods and services. Galleries and artisan shops are located throughout the area. Whale watching is available seasonally. The beaches of Puerto Vallarta are free and can be accessed for parasailing and other water sports. The greatest asset of the town are its warm and friendly people.
