Located in the highly popular Pelican's Landing oceanfront resort - this isolated stretch of beach is a great 'family type' area. Elevator equipped, the building sits oceanfront. You'll have both a balcony and a screened porch from which to enjoy the 3rd floor ocean view and breeze. Beautifully decorated, you'll have everything you need for a wonderful vacation! Pets are Not allowed.

Pelican's Landing features two swimming pools, children's playground, covered paved parking, and direct beach access. Just a short walk to Apache Pier with live entertainment in the summer, or Ocean Annie's where you can shag the night away! Across the street is the Straw Market with a general store, ice cream and pizza parlor, and an ABC store. A short drive gets you to Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops, and entertainment like Alabama Theater, House of Blues, and many great restaurants.

Only one mile from 2001, Bimini's, Rossi's, and a 24/7 Kroger Superstore and Super Walmart and the newest Tangers Outlet Stores. And of course Golf courses are everywhere!

Our week started off pretty bad with the air conditioner broken for 2 days. However, the owner contacted us just prior to us reaching the condo so we were aware of it, and he did everything in his power to get it fixed for us. The heat index was 112, and it was pretty rough - but we have nothing but praise for the owners and how they handled the problem. The location of the condo is excellent for a family. The beds were VERY comfortable, the condo was really clean and neat, and we hope to stay there again next year. I can not stress enough how great it was to work with the owners - they went above and beyond what would be expected of them to get the air working. Thanks for letting us rent your condo, and we hope to do it again!

Stayed here for a week with my family. Its a nice, quiet place with a family atmosphere. A good place for families with young children. Condo fits description perfectly. Definetly plan on renting again next year.

We love the Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach and after renting at Pelican's Landing my family won't go anywhere else. This condo is in excellent condition and the owners are so nice to deal with! We plan on renting this condo every year.
