CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND EASY TO GET TO

We found Chandler to be a very nice area to be in. It's very easy to get around with just about anything at your fingertips. Our condo was located in a very nice area; perfect if you have a dog with you as there are plenty of areas in which to walk and there was grass as well - which is a plus. The condo itself was equipped very nicely with every kitchen tool that you could think of and ample dishes/pans as well. The condo is well kept and just an overall pleasant place to stay. The neighbors were just great too! I don't think that anyone who rents here would be disappointed!

We moved to the area and stayed here for 3 months while looking for something longer term (we would have stayed longer but it was already booked for our 4th month). After a hurried move across state, the townhouse was pleasant and relaxing while we settled into our new state. The townhouse was pleasant to be in with nice decor and had all the basics we needed and more. It was comfortable in any weather and being able to open the living room sliding glass doors in nice weather and let the outside in was great. We enjoyed using the grill on the patio and the kitchen being fully equipped was great as we do a lot of cooking from scratch. The kitchen is large enough that even though fully equipped there was extra cabinet space and a pantry to put our food items into. A wide variety of cleaning tools and supplies were also available which was very helpful, though the townhouse was easy to keep clean with the travertine flooring. Having a nice TV with DVDs in the living room and both bedrooms was a luxury.

We liked this area of Phoenix. We initially were in Tempe but with the college activities and Tempe town lake events that area can be very crowded and regularly there were late night crowds walking the streets. This condo is located in a very nice area, peaceful with several friendly neighbors that will offer any help to find a restaurant or specialty store. There are a couple of very good Chinese restaurants in easy walking distance, as well as two small convenience stores and a larger oriental grocery store. For dog owners, there are several dog parks (leash free) close by as well as walking on leash around the complex and down the street, picking fresh lemons as you go. We were central to activities in the East Valley and close to shopping and specialty stores. Being a mile from a highway made it easy to go visit friends or attend special event outside the East Valley.

Our experience with Bill and Anne in renting this condo was good. They were willing to accommodate us adding a desk to the second bedroom and were available by email or phone if we had a question or needed something.

I would recommend this townhouse to anyone who wants a short term furnished rental while moving to the area or wants a peaceful location for a vacation.
