Great summer/winter rental in the heart of Laguna Village just steps from beach and town. Beautiful French Walnut hardwood floors, gorgeous gourmet kitchen with granite counters and all new appliances. French doors open from the living room a spacious ocean view deck with panoramic view - great for BBQ's.

HDTV, wireless internet! One Queen bed and two twin beds. Wonderful location close to all Laguna Beach attractions.

Walk to village, shops, restaurants, and beach. Set in a quite location, perfect for relaxing after a long day out.

Entire house remodeled in 2008 with all top amenities!! Great parking.

My best friend and I spent a month here in 2011 and 2012 and we LOVE it. We spent half the time vacationing with our children, and half the time working, and the house was perfect for both. The owners had everything we needed, and couldn't have been more gracious about making sure everything was ready for our stay. The accomodations are top notch, and the outdoor living space is spectacular, relaxing, very spacious, and has great ocean views. We walked to town, the art fair, the beach. We had an awesome time and we will definitely be back!

My family and I have enjoyed two extended stays at this Lauguna Beach cottage during the past twelve months. The cottage is luxuriously appointed, within close walking distance to the beach, shopping and a wonderful farmer's market held each Saturday morning. Other Orange County destinations - Disneyland, Newport Beach, Balboa Island and San Clemente are only minutes away by car. The cottage features an upper deck which faces west making relaxing views of the Pacific Ocean at sunset particularly enjoyable. We found the property owners attentive to our needs yet sensitive to our privacy. We are looking forward to another stay during 2013. I can highly recommend this property for couples or a small family interested in a quiet get-away in Laguna Beach.
