Surfside Nantucket Vacation Rental cottage

I stayed with 5 other friends and family members for a month in July at Luck's house and I believe I speak for everyone when I say we had the best stay. The house is a perfect rental house in great condition with good sized bedrooms. The upstairs is perfect for 3 kids (where we fit 3 21 year olds for example) and the master bedroom down the hall is very big with tons of storage space. The bedroom on the first floor is a good size as well, with a big closet and its own bathroom right across the hall. The backyard is what makes the house. It is actually really big and gets good privacy from the road, perfect for playing games out there.

Also, the location is ideal. Under 5 minutes drive from Nobadeer Beach and Cisco is very close too, you can be in town in less than 10 minutes as well. We could easily bike of jog to the beach if we didn't want to take a car. The house is also set on a very private dirt road and just off of Surfside Road, which you can take pretty much straight into town.

Luck is great to deal with as a landlord. He really went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay, bringing over a gas grill for us, cutting the lawn and taking the trash and recyclables for us when we left them outside. He leaves the renters with plenty of privacy and is always quick to react to a problem or question. All in all, I would highly recommend Luck's house for a stay for anyone, from college aged kids to families, as it is a great rental house and gave us a great time in Nantucket.
