Professionally decorated and thoughtfully appointed, this exclusive home is one of the most luxurious in Watercolor. It is the ideal place to enjoy a vacation headed for lifetime memories. Relax in the comfortable living area with surround sound for viewing the HD television and enjoying the stereo system. The kitchen dining area seats 12. The cooking enthusiast will take pleasure in using all top of the line appliances (Wolf, Docor, Bosch, Sub Zero). The second floor master suite has a king sized bed plus a full bath complete with a shower and air tub. The master bedroom opens to a balcony sun deck. The second upstairs bedroom has a king sized bed, and the kids will love the bunk bedroom featuring four twin bunk beds. The main floor bedroom is also furnished with a king sized bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD available for your entertainment and spacious bathrooms. Wi-Fi internet access is included in the house.

On the northern side of Western Lake, the Lake District offers nature lovers the opportunity to enjoy native landscaping and close proximity to a rare coastal dune lake. A beautifully crafted pedestrian bridge links guests in the Lake District to the Boathouse and beyond. Walk to the pool from the house or bike the short distance across the Western Lake Bridge to the boathouse or on to the beach. There is another path that leads straight to the tennis courts and another to Seaside. This location is ideal!

Downstairs Bedroom 1 is equipped with a King size bed , a large private bath, and a walk in closet. Upstairs Bedroom 2 is the master with a king bed, a luxurious marble private bath, a side chair and settee for reading, a walk in closet and a porch off the balcony with two chaise lounge chairs for sunning or just plain relaxing. Upstairs Bedroom 3 is equipped with a King size bed, a private bath, a walk in closet, a desk and chair. Upstairs Bedroom 4 is equipped with two bunk beds equating to four twin beds, a private bath and a walk in closet. There is also a large ottoman for the kids to use while playing games. We also try to leave age appropriate games so be sure to state the ages of the children that will be coming.
