Beautiful hand carved stone, imported talavera tile, wood floors, hand forged rod iron and custom interior plaster help to create the warmth of the beautifully appointed hacienda. Bedrooms have a stereo keypad control, TV, walk in closet, custom lighting and furnishings. The yard has over 15 fruit trees, enjoy fresh fruit all summer long, avocados, pomegranate, all types of citrus, plums, peaches, nectarines and much more. Blackberries and raspberries are soon to follow. This property is a tropical paradise with endless opportunity. The home has AC although it is rarely needed due to the ocean and canyon breezes that flow through the house.
