About this property

House is for sale and your booking may be interrupted. Cumberland vacation home fully equipped for a wonderful vacation located less than a tenth of a mile from the launch! Seasonal lake views. Walkable neighborhood with views of the lake. Perfect for families, couples getaways or fishermen . Ample parking for cars and for boat. Large deck area with outdoor seating and front porch for outdoor enjoyment.

Living room has smart tv with Netflix’s and Hulu provided. Books and games also available for your enjoyment! Separate desk area should guests need workspace.

Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, pots, pans and dishes. Blender and coffee pot also included with starter coffee.

Master has King bed with half bath

Bedroom two has Queen bed

Bedroom three has bunk with Full on bottom and Twin on top.

Two full baths. Bathroom one has sink, toilet and shower. Bathroom two has sink, toilet and tub.

Linens and towels are provided for all booked guests. Laundry is provided with detergent.

Deck has outdoor dining area with seating for six and gas grill. Also have a fire pit with Adirondack chairs for guests to enjoy! Fire wood also provided.

Great space, with Quick Access to the Lake

Everything about this property was perfect for what we needed, which was a good space to eat, hang out, and sleep, and then quick access to the lake close to Harmon's Creek. Loved the space, and only minimal complaint I had was that the King Size bed is super soft and ended up moving to the couch after a few nights. We were also expecting one room to have two twin beds, which must have been changed, but that didn't really affect us at all. Neighbors were awesome, and parking was sufficient for three cars and a boat. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!

Nice weekend

Nice house for a weekend at the lake. Very narrow/steep road to boat launch but it was not problematic for our needs.

Great stay!

Great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood. It was great that the owner supplied firewood in the candy treats was a nice added touch. The only negative thing I could say about the place is there’s a little step up from the kitchen to the dining room which is a metal plate and a friend of mine broke his toe on it. It Would be nice if there was a ramp up so you didn’t trip on it all the time. Overall fantastic place to stay!!!

Enjoyable stay

We had a great time here. We had a problem with the local kids the first night but the owners took care of it as soon as I messaged them about it. It was very relaxing and beautiful there.
