You are literally living in a gallery, artfully designed, open floor plan, bamboo floors, 3-bedrooms: king sized master with own TV, two twins, and queen sized murphy bed in showcase gallery/3rd bedroom. Sleeps 6. Fully furnished, wonderful for families, corporate lodging, romantic getaways. Perfect alternative to a hotel. Great selection of restaurants, shops and attractions within walking distance. Art in every room, fastest broadband in the country, wifi, flat screen High Definition TVs, washer/dryer. Down comforters, new comfy beds. Located on attractive quiet street, 1/2 block from Main Street and one block in from Market St. Enjoy Chattanooga’s Southern hospitality with a view of Lookout Mountain and a pleasant walk to the Tennessee River. Hang out on the big old front porch where most of our guests spend time, saying 'This is like another room!' Meet the Artists...visit the studio.: We live upstairs in our studio-loft. The 100 year old house was totally renovated in 2007 by the owners, and was recently filmed for a PBS special. The artists were also featured on HGTV.

Located downtown, in the historic Southside arts district, we love being able to walk to restaurants and down to the waterfront.Our favorite breakfast/lunch place is the BluegrassGrille at the corner. A brand new 'Trader Joe's' type market just opened a few blocks away! Five minutes by car is Ruby Falls, The Incline Railway, and Rock City. Voted the #2 arts destination in a mid-sized City and Where to Retire Magazine voted it one of the top places in the country to live (Mar/Apr 2011). (The owners made the cover). Rich in cultural and outdoor activities, fabulous restaurants, and lots of attractions and Seasonal festivals. And we also just got a 'Trader Joe's' type grocery a mere 3 blocks away. Wahoo! Just 1-1/2 hours from Atlanta, and 10 minutes from the Chattanooga Metropolitan airport.

Golf: There are more than six municipal golf courses within fifteen minutes to half an hour of downtown with moderate price ranges.

Wow the Art!

From the moment I contacted the owners, I knew I had a winner. As a family, we probably rent homes at least 4 times a year, and this ranks in the top 5! The decor, the location, and the attention to detail by the owners is amazing. The art was my favorite part. We will absolutely stay here again and hopefully soon because there is so much to see. The Wedding Party

My daughter's wedding day was made even more special when we used this beautiful home for her and her Bridemaid's to get ready. The home is spacious, clean, and welcoming. The bride and the bridesmaid enjoyed relaxing and spending time together before the wedding. We had a few out of town guest staying her as well. I would recommend this home to anyone coming to Chattanooga. It is 5 to 10 minutes from pretty much anything south of the river. Great location, great value, and relaxing.

My adult grandson moved to Chatanooga last year and my other adult grandson and I came to visit for 5 days. It was wonderful having all the necessities of home. This property is so unique - just not something you would typically find in a rental. We did a lot of site seeing, but it was also nice to stay in and just relax and visit - the perfect setting to do that whether inside or on the comfortable, large front porch. The uniqueness of the Residence will forever be a part of our memories of this trip The location couldn't have been more convenient - close in to town, but a neighborhood setting. Miki was very helpful prior to our visit with information and answering any questions. Would definitely return!

My family needed a place to stay in Chattanooga while touring UT Chat, since it was Five of us, we find staying in area homes/cottages to be more comfortable and relaxing...WOW did this wonderful place meet that and more.

One of the neatest and cleanest places we have ever stayed at, plus all the ART on the walls, you felt like you were in your own art gallery! It provided everything we needed for our stay.

Additionally, you can easily just park your car and use the free buses right around the corner to explore all of downtown area too! How great is that!

Oh, and our wonderful host, who my wife and I enjoyed some great conversation while relaxing on the front porch was one more enjoyable aspect. We look forward to a return trip and will for sure stay here again!
