Beautiful, spacious home perfectly suited for extended family/friends located on the bayside of Wellfleet and only 0.2 mile to the beach at Pleasant Point Landing. This rambling home is located on an oversized lot and tucked well of the road. The house boasts a large living/dining Great Room with french doors opening to a mahogany deck for additional outdoor lounging, dining and entertaining space. The large dining table seats 8 comfortably. There is an oversized, fully appliance kitchen with bay window, breakfast bar and additional dining table (seats 6). The first floor also has a study/den with futon couch and french doors opening the back yard. There is a half bath on this level as well. The second level that has 4 bedrooms ( King, Queen, Queen, 2 Twins) and 2 full baths with tub/shower. The master bedroom has a private full bath. The walkout lower level of this home has another large family room with flat-screen TV , a bedroom (queen and futon) and a bathroom w/ shower.
