This Villa is a corner unit that has been completely redesigned and rebuilt for taday's lifestyle. This unit features tongue and groove, cathedral ceilings, with Brazilian Kempas hardwood flooring. The kitchen opens to the entertainment area and is nicely equipped with all wood cabinets and new appliances. The living area is beautifully furnsihed and includes a wood burning fireplace for those chilly evenings, and a large flat screen television, as well as wet bar.

The dining area is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats eight A half bath has been added to the main floor for the convenience of guests.

The rear deck is covered and provides a very private setting for entertaining, and comes complete with a gas grill.

New central heat and air have been istalled along with an automatic dehumidifier for your comfort.

I recently stayed at the Mountain Top Condo's with my daughter and her family. We had two units across from each other and found it a delightful way to vacation; each having our own space. The units are newly renovated, very spaciious and well appointed. There is so much to do and see in the area we wish we had longer to enjoy all the amenities! My grandchildren especially enjoyed the lake activities, swimming pool and putt putt golf and other clubhouse amenities. The walking and hiking trails and beautiful waterfalls were enjoyed by all! We are already looking forward to our next visit!
