Everything is here, the ocean of restaurants, subway is 3 blocks, Times square is a cab ride or a 19 minute walk, Soho is 21 minute walk or cab ride, the Museums are a cab ride away, on a good sunny day you would just want to walk than take a cab, walking is a true New Yorker trait & which would give you a exceptional experience on what NYC has to offer. Walking distance to Madison Square Garden & Empire State Building. The apartment has a flat screen LCD TV, Wireless Internet. Gourmet Kitchen with granite counter top and top of the line stainless steel appliances. Since both me & my husband are avid travelers we have furnished this apartment keeping in mind that your stay here would be most comfortable.

Fantastic flat, great location, responsive owners

We just got back after staying at Maaya's flat. I must say they have done a great job with the apartment, the apartment is spic & span, location is unbeatable, we were a group of 5 people and had a great time, one of the channels of the cable TV went off & my daughter had a fit since it was one of her favorite programs that was scheduled to start at 11pm, after much thought i called up Maaya (since it was 10.45 at night) and asked her if anything could be done, she didn't say much but told me that she will call up the cable company, that channel was up within 20 minutes, This did put a smile on my daughter's face, even thought we did not hear from her that night, we did get an email in the morning from her inquiring if all was well. Thank you Maaya for all your hospitality. We will definitely recommend you to our friends. Cheers. KS
