Me and my family of 5 stayed here, and i must say we were all glad that we did not book a hotel and decided to go with a private rental.
The apartment is clean, beds are comfortable, The bathroom is nice & clean, even though the kitchen is a bit small but has all appliances needed, the owners have done a good job in furnishing the home, its on the 3rd floor of a very nice building.
Excellent transport links, we found that every thing was so near and convenient. The owners were very helpful & made sure that our stay was easy going. Will certainly recommend this to our family & friends.

Our vacation could not have been any better, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice clean flat with all the necessary amenities needed to make your stay most comfortable. The owners are extra careful that your stay is nice & easy. Would absolutely come back here & certainly will recommend to our friends & family. Thank you once again for letting us experience New York so beautifully.

Great hosts, beautiful people. The location is unmatched, nice clean apartment, we were a group of 7 adults and were quite comfortable, we had requested for 5 beds since we were 2 couples & 3 singles, it was all provided as promised & we were quite happy to experience NYC and the owners were very helpful in providing us the insider tips of Manhattan ways. Will surely recommend to family & friends. Thanks once again for taking care of us.

The flat was exactly as shown in the pictures, you cannot get a better location, We have stayed in NYC before in the times square area, but this was even better, near everything but less crowds. Very comfortable beds nice & clean. Great hosts, the owners are very responsive to your needs. Will certainly refer them to our friends & family.
