At various times you will have an opportunity to see endangered Manatees in 'Manatee Canal.' Dubbed 'Florida's Treasure coast' off which lie many wrecks of gold-laden Spanish Galleons, this coastline offers excellent Beaches and Fishing. Sebastian is home to one of Mel Fisher's Treasure Museums. Surf fishing is excellent all along the uncrowded coast. Sebastian Inlet and nearby Ft. Pierce Inlet also offer great fishing from shore. Deep-sea fishing is available out of Ft. Pierce. Polo matches are held in season. There are numerous Golf Courses near the condo.

Vero Beach has a large discount mall with Outlet Stores, the large Indian River Mall, and a 24-screen movie theater. For cultural enthusiasts, Vero Beach is recognized for their Museum of Art. The Riverside Theatre located on the Island near the condo presents regular quality productions. There is an independent Book Store not far from the condo 'The Vero Beach Book Center' where well-known authors frequently come in for book signings and lectures.

Day Trips: Vero Beach offers easy access to both the Kennedy Space Center (60 minutes away) and Orlando's Disney World & other theme parks (90 minutes away).
