The house is located in the historic town center. It consists of two residential units and a tavern. You will have use of a large sun terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. The 17th century house has been restored in an authentic manner. It is located amidst the tranquility of a village.

Cultural experence in the Liguria

Had a lovely stay in this house this summer. It is on three floors and there was plenty of accommodation for two families. Loved the terrace on the roof and the view! The property was clean and well maintained. We were welcomed with a nice bowl of fruit too. The people we rented it from were very friendly and helpful. The house is up steep hill in the lovely traditional ligurian village of Costarainera. Very quaint and a lovely way to experience the historic culture of the town. Be sure you can all walk well and cope with buggies up the steep hill to the house however. You will also need a car as the village is up a steep winding road about ten minutes from the sea. You will need to travel for beach, pools, shops and restuarants as there are none in Costarainera itself. There is only one tiny grocery store too. Dont go if you want great convenience but do go if you want the typical Ligurian/Italian experience and a little bit of beauty and peace! We all loved it!

We spent two weeks at this wonderful house with our family group of 10 people - 4 adults, 4 teenagers a 12 year old and 6 year old. The view from the roof is very beautiful and we enjoyed wine, cheese and bread almost every night looking out over the sea and olive tree groves into the mountains. All 10 of us comfortably sat on the roof terrace and there is a kitchen right off the terrace so it is very easy to prepare a meal and enjoy it with the great view. The house is well maintained and is located in a very charming village that has its own little market. It is very easy to travel from this point and San Remo, Imperia, Cinque Terre, Monaco, Portofino, Cannes, Eze and Nice are all very easy to drive to and enjoyable day trips. The neighboring town of Cipressa offers a nice little market and several good restaurants. Parking is very close and we felt very much at home in the village. We would recommend this huse to anyone.

Wir haben uns in das wunderbare Haus verliebt.
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über 4 getrennte Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder.
Von der Dachterrasse genießt man einen tollen Blick über die Berge, über die Dächer des Dorfes und zum Meer.
In 50 Meter gibt es in den engen mittelalterlichen Gassen des Bergdorfes einen Tante-Emma-Laden wo man alles preisgünstig bekommt.
Der sehr gute Strand befindet sich 4 Km in San Lorezo al Mare.Ein herrlicher kleiner Ort mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.
Imperia und Sanremo sind in jeweils 30 Minuten zu erreichen.

Uns hat der Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist optimal für 8 Personen und durch die drei Badezimmer lässt sich morgendlicher "Stau" gut vermeiden. Die Dachterasse ist der Hit!

Das Dorf versetzt einem um Jahrhunderten zurück. Das Ferienhaus im Dorfzentrum ist sehr gepflegt, mit den 4 Schlafzimmern ideal für größere Gruppen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Dorfbewohner sind sehr kontaktfreudig, es macht Spaß in den engen Gassen spazieren zu gehen.
Man kann in der Umgebung viele Tagesausflüge machen oder einfach am Meer liegen. Bestimmt findet jeder eine Möglichkeit um sich zu erholen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Danke!
