Sunset is a 4 bed 2.5 bath home with west facing solar heated pool (electric heat also available) overlooking a small lake at the rear. TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms plus 52' TV and cable box in lounge, TV in front room with PS2. Games room in garage with air hockey/pool table, foosball, dart board, bar table and stools. Unlimited local, long distance and international phone calls and wireless high speed internet access free of charge. Complimentary high chair, crib and BBQ available. Sunset is located on Chatham Park just off US192 and only 4 miles from Disney World and close to shops, supermarkets, Medieval Times, Old Town and accessible to other Theme Parks and one hour drive from the beaches of the Gulf and Atlantic, Kennedy Space Center and Busch Gardens. Chatham Park has a community pool, tennis court, basketball court and children's play area all within walking distance from Sunset. So come and relax at Sunset and let the wildlife on the lake entertain you!
