With a patio, a balcony, a gas grill, and air-conditioning to welcome you home each day, you'll have a summer in Southern Maine you won't soon forget.

The ground-floor living space is inviting and well-lit, with the kitchen, the living room, and the outdoor patio flowing into one another. The kitchen features all-white appliances and a peninsula breakfast bar for four, while a gas grill waits outside to assist at mealtime. You can bask in the comfort of window air-conditioning, flip through the Netflix offerings on the flatscreen TV, or slide open the glass doors and enjoy the coastal breeze on the patio.

Additional amenities include beach gear (caddy, umbrella, and chairs), a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits each evening, free WiFi, and a flatscreen TV in each bedroom (including a primary bedroom with its own balcony).

Things to Know
There is window air-conditioning in each bedroom and loft and one in the living room.
There is a narrow ladder/stairs to the loft where the two twin beds are located.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
