Casa Magnífica is a brand new oceanfront condo in The Plaza Resort. It was lavishly decorated by an interior designer with contemporary hi-end furniture and has most amenities found in modern houses, including central air, wireless internet, laundry, cable TV and phone. It is right on a beautiful soft black sand beach – Playa Hermosa, home to many international surfing events. Here you're away from the crowds of Jaco but only a 5 minute drive from its restaurants. Condo has a large private terrace with hi-end gliders to watch the sunset. There is a crystal clear pool shared with the resort’s other 4 units. The living room has a 50” plasma TV with DVD player, surrounded by two plush leather couches. The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware for cooks. Oceanfront master BR boasts a King bed, TV, walk-in closet, bathroom and balcony – sleep to waves crashing! Second BR also has a King bed and bathroom.
