This neat waterfront home has a large porch facing the Gulf of Mexico. Located next to Vaca Cut so in minutes you can be fishing in the Bay or the Atlantic ocean. You have a 75 foot dock with deep water so you can moor any size boat or fish for Snapper. You have a fish cleaning board, gas grill and 2 extra sleep sofas on the porch. All 3 bedrooms have a full bathrooms along with king size beds. You have a dining area and den with a sofa and chair. The living area faces the water and is spacious. You have ample room to park your boat trailer and cars. Shopping plazas, drug stores, local coffee shops and one of the best restaurants in the keys are all within walking distance. Sombrero beach is a 5 minute drive. All that's missing is you.

Fishing & Boating : This home is located at Vaca cut which means you can be in the bay or Atlantic Ocean in minutes. If the wind is blowing you can fish the mouth of Vaca cut.

Swimming: 2 great beaches are minutes away. Sombrero beach is a 5 minute drive and world famous Bahia Honda state park is 15 minutes away. If you prefer a swimming pool then all you have to do is drive to Chappys restaurant and pool located on the left before you go over the 7 mile bridge. Have lunch or a drink at the giant tiki hut or poolside and enjoy the pool or watch the sunset.

Swim with a Dolphin: Here is an exciting experience for young and old. Contact the dolphin research center for reservations and pricing.
