Completed in 2008, this premier home is located in Saranac Lake. Privacy with unspoiled views and convenient to town. Dock for canoe and kayak access to non-motorboat Lake Colby; Lower Saranac Lake within walking distance offering 40+ miles of motorboat adventure. The house features many Adirondack architectural elements: large log-framed screened porch, huge Great Room with stone fireplace and Family Room with woodstove and widescreen CATV. Other features include fully equipped kitchen with large Dining area, wireless HS internet, washer dryer, 3 car garage. Radiant floor heating throughout makes the house cozy all year round. Located in the heart of the Adirondack Park, enjoy stocked fishing from our dock or kayaks, and world famous fly fishing nearby. Hiking is incredible; easy to challenging day hikes in the High Peaks just to the east, or paddle the lake country to the west. Winter activities: x-country and snowmobiling from the house, ski at Whiteface Mountain (Olympics).

Rental Periods: During the summer, we prefer all rental periods to run from Saturday to Saturday. Winter weekly rentals are more flexible, but typically span a weekend, such as Wednesday to Wednesday.

Ski: Whiteface Mountain home of the Olympics is less than half hour away, as well as several smaller ski areas. Miles of cross country skiing and snowmobiling right from the house.

Golf: There are several excellent public golf courses in Saranac Lake and nearby Lake Placid

Other Activities: Winter tubing at nearby Mt Pisgah; Ice skating, bobsled rides
