Perkins Pond is a serene 160 acre lake with gorgeous sunsets, welcoming community, offering power boating, water skiing, amazing fishing, swimming, canoe and kayaking, Boat launch 100 yds away. 5min to Sunapee Harbor, close to shopping, restaurants, biking, hiking,8 min to Mt Sunapee, New London, theater, dinner ferry. Amazing way to spend the summer with your family.
