Villa, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath (sleeps 2 to 4)

Top to Bottom remodel completed in 2009. New kitchen, bath, TV's appliances... all the comforts of home! The bath has both tub and shower. Our One Bedroom Mariner's Watch Villa has a lagoon view from the living room and screened porch. It is 150 yards to the spectacular 10 mile beach.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed and flat screen TV. The Living room sofa-bed is a queen+ with an additional 6 inches in width. Here there's another flat screen TV, IPod docking station, and WiFi access..

We are centrally located with easy access to all Kiawah Golf Courses. It's a 10 minute walk to Town Center for a bottle of wine, or The Sanctuary Hotel for a wonderful dinner. Freshfields Village is a few minutes away by car, with a great grocery store, shops and restaurants for your convenience. You're only 21 miles from beautiful downtown Charleston.

Condo at Kiawah

I enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was less than one minute to the beach and so close to Night Herron Park where I enjoyed a wonderful New Year's Eve celebration--I was able to walk and therefore avoid all the traffic and parking woes. The kitchen was pretty well equipped--no teaspoons for some reason. The long sofa was great for just stretching out and watching TV. A very good value for the price.
Owner's Response: Glad you enjoyed Kiawah and the Villa. Sorry about the teaspoon issue. Our property manager does periodic inventories to make sure the kitchen is well stocked. Mysteriously, anything that can be used to build a sandcastle seems to disappear. The property manager is available with a phone call to immediately provide anything they may have overlooked. Hope you return for another stay!

Loved Kiawah

The Villa was awesome. We especially enjoyed the comfy chairs on the screened porch. Loved how easy and quick it was to get to the beach. We can't wait to come back next year!

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!

We had a wonderful weekend at Kiawah and this condo far exceeded our expectations for the price! The grounds were well-kept and peaceful. The unit is a 2 minute walk to the beach and we rented bikes and to get around the rest of the Island. The unit is conveniently located and beautifully updated and decorated! We would absolutely rent here again :)

Great condo and location

This condo is great. Great price, great location and great people to rent from! You can't go wrong here for a relaxing get away. The condo is well appointed, clean and nicely decorated. And of course the beach is spectacular.

Early Spring Retreat

The condo looked exactly as it does in the pictures with the exception of the porch....there are now two big comfy chairs that are just meant for lounging in while taking in the great view and serernity. We were talking about booking our next stay after the first night.
