Oyster Festival Weekend is still available! Our historic home was floated over from Billingsgate Island to its current location at the turn of the 20th century. We have lovingly restored the house with antiques, and a gourmet kitchen. The 1,000 square foot yard is beautifully landscaped with a brick terrace and mature plantings. We are located across the street from the marsh, have views, and just a minute's walk to the town pier and Mayo Beach. Walking to town, restaurants, shopping, galleries and the beach make this a perfect getaway home. Provincetown is just 20 minutes away. Our home is located on the first floor of this two-story farmhouse, we have two bedrooms, one with a new queen size bed, the other with two twin captains beds. The couch opens to a Tempur-pedic sleeper for company.

Notes: We have a fully furnished gourmet kitchen. We love to cook so we have plenty of cooking utensils and serving dishes. The yard adds an additional 1,000 square feet of living area with a gas BBQ. We only allow smoking in the yard. We spend most of our time here and on the beach. We would consider long term rentals.

Having spent many summer vacations in Wellfleet as a child I was amazed to find such a wonderful place for rent close to it all to bring my own family to. Not only is this first-floor rental spectacularly finished, with no detail over-looked, it also features a kitchen that is equiped with more amenities one could ever need. A one-minute walk to the harbor you can find not only the bay beach, but also the fresh-seafood store and delicious take-out and iceream, not to mention the lovely ambience of the marina and seeing the fishing boats come in. Only a few minutes in the other direction, more restaurants and the gorgeous town center. About 10 minute drive to the beaches and even closer, are the lovely ponds. We will definately come back to this rental.

Great location, charming house, fab kitchen

Spent a wonderful Easter w/e in this adorable cottage in walking distance to pier, restaurants etc. Great for running, walking and biking. Enjoyed a romatic lobster dinner for 2 and was able to cook Sunday lunch for 8, in this terrific kitchen. For the non-cook, restaurant choices, including ones in walking distance very good. Enjoyed P'town (20 min drive) and lots of galleries. Recommend without reservation and will definitely return.
