Closest Home to Beach, Steps Away! Luxury 4B Rebuilt Modern Craftsman. Must See!

After spending weeks on the computer compiling a list of potential villas we settled on this as our top choice for our holiday. This was my first experience vacationing in this manner, and so I was skeptical about the smoothness of the booking and security of the transactions. Between the realtor and the owner it couldn't have been easier. They were both an absolute pleasure to deal with and accommodated my questions at every turn.

As for the villa. It was idyllic and magical - as if it was made by the same natural forces of beauty and wonder inherent in the land surrounding it. The attention to detail was immaculate - from the open-floor plan layout downstairs that made hosting and dinner parties a breeze, down to the tile work and flawless grouting in the bathrooms upstairs. It is truly a tour de force of excellent design paired with a sensible understanding of the marriage between comfort and luxury - giving it the perfect blend of opulence and cozinesss that is often so challenging to achieve when building and decorating. I am convinced there isn't one thing that was overlooked in the construction of this beautiful home, and provided it is available again there is no place I would rather stay in Venice Beach.

Located on Horizon Ave, it is literally ten steps from the Venice Strip. It took me twenty minutes to walk to Santa Monica - and ten to the canals. There is an old speak easy two blocks away with incredible cocktails and more restaurants and food places than you could sample in a month. As for security - it is framed both in the front and back by walls and gates - high enough to keep the grifters out and low enough to not block the view of the palms swaying in the pacific breeze. The front patio is expansive and roomy (we easily had ten people around the mosaic table comfortably) and the back had room for two cars.

As for the bedrooms - they are all luxurious. Surprisingly it is even more incredible in person than it is in the pictures. Also, it only took me fifteen minutes to drive from LAX -crazy. This experience has changed the way I will be vacationing from now on and I couldn't recommend it any higher. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
