Within walking distance to the Pier shopping center, park, playground, tennis courts, etc. The interior consists of a large family room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, full bath, and sun room. Large finished basement with bath. There is also a huge yard, deck, outside fireplace, and shower. Driveway for 2 cars and on-street parking.
