This completely remodeled cottage is just minutes away from Adams Cut and is located on a cul de sac, just a second away from the open Gulf. Look out from your screen porch to a beautiful large turning basin. Experience serenity and old time Keys living. The unit has a completely stocked new kitchen (includes a wine cooler), big screen TV in living room, large master suite, and private jacuzzi. The large concrete dock is fully equipped with electricity, water, brand new docking/fender posts, fish cleaning station and bait freezer. The large living area sleeps 8 comfortably, and has plenty of entertaining spaces including dining room, eat in kitchen counter, screened lanai and outdoor deck.
