Set in a tranquil location, yet close to all amenities & beaches of Vassiliki, which is world renowned for its windsurfing beach. The villa was constructed in 2005 & has beautiful natural stone walling & terracing surrounding it, the walling & terracing blend the villa in superbly to its natural Greek countryside. The villa is well equipped for 6 persons both inside & outside, you can lay on your sunbed on the natural stone terracing surrounding your own private pool & just soak up all that beautiful sun & panoramic views. Watch the world go by or watch the surfers in the Bay & the Old Greek style ferries entering & exiting the beautiful harbor of Vassiliki, all this what more can you want !!!!!! All local amenities are within a 3 minute drive from the villa, supermarkets, tavernas, butchers, bakers, beaches etc.

Traditional Greek tavernas are linked around the beautiful harbor of Vassiliki for that relaxing & typically Greek evening meal. A ferry also operates from this harbor to take you , or you & your car on a trip across the sea, to the neighboring Islands of both Ithaca & Kefalonia, a great way to explore the surrounding islands, so you can take a return ticket, for the day or take a one way & return another day. The villa is superbly situated for exploring this beautiful island, you have easy access to get to the main road that runs around the island, so it is so easy to take that day trip to one of the many superb beaches & places to visit.
