Newer construction, just completed in November 2004, very luxurious, Three Bedroom Three and a Half Bath house with its own private pool and gulf view. Located in the desirable Thomas Dr. area, near St. Andrew's State Park this house is on the gulf side of Thomas Dr. and walking distance to Schooner's and Montego Bay restaurants. This house features living room, dining, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Five TVs, VCR, DVD, stereo, Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom, hardwood floors throughout house, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry, blinds, and luxurious furnishings. Bonus room on third floor, complete with half bath and wet bar, opens up to large deck with Gulf of Mexico views. Non Smoking, No Pets. Sleeps 10: 1 king, 1 queens, two sets of bunk beds (4 twins), and a media room with a sleeper sofa on the first floor.

Spring Break- Great Location

I just want to say Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! This was a great Spring Break for our family. We had 6 total with us and there was more than enough room. The proximity to the beach was outstanding! The sunsets from the third floor were awesome and my kids loved the pool. We had a very relaxing visit with all the amenities of home. We would definitely stay again! Everything was so close we really got to enjoy all that PCB had to offer. The Overmans were great hosts and I am sure we will be doing business again.

Family Vacation Experience

Our family stayed at Spanish Key the week of 8/1/9 and we truly enjoyed our stay, The house was tastefully decorated and comfortable - with "toys" everywhere for our kids to enjoy. It was great that our kids had their space and we had ours. The owners were thoughtful enough to provide games and books for us to enjoy...thank you - I love the left behind book the best, The gas grill was a special treat, large enough for brisket (yummm).
Great upper deck we fell asleep on night listening to the waves roll in from the beach which was just
steps away. This was our first vacation home rental and we don't think we will ever utilize a hotel again.
Thank you Overmans your hospitality was
unmatched.

Great size and comfortable!

My family and I had a great vacation at the Spanish Key Home. Each of us were impressed with the size of the home. Each room was very spacious and fully stocked. The pool at the home was great and relaxing and the walk to the beach was very short and easy. I would recommend the home to anyone.
