The sandy white beach is your front yard in this tropical two bedroom penthouse condo located at 4770 Estero Blvd. on Fort Myers Beach in Seaside Condominiums. Watch the dolphins from almost every room. This unit has tile throughout.

The screened waterfront terrace is the perfect place to dine as you watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pans, silverware, a full size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, & microwave. The large marble bar has a built-in office area. Dining area for 6.

The living room has a sleeper sofa, Plasma TV, DVD, and a stereo/CD player.

The master suite includes a plasma, queen bed, and adjoins the terrace & private bath with a double walk-in shower.

A cozy guest bedroom has a double closet, twin beds, and a plasma TV/DVD.

The Seaside poolside runs adjacent the gulf.

Located mid-island with a grocery store, marina and trolley stop just across the street. Take the trolley to area restaurants and shops. All linen and cookware are included. Walk the beach to the area Chickee bars.

About The Owner

We are mid-western people (Indiana). Our kids grew-up vacationing on this island. The treasured photos and memories are dear to my heart.

My husband owned a manufacturing plant and now does sales for his prior company. I own a dozen rentals and manage them. We have many repeat renters that we accommodate. Thanks to the internet we are able to work from home and we now live in Naples.

Our 5 kids are grown and we have 6 grandchildren.

Our family loves the beach, fishing and golf. It is exciting yet peaceful when you spend time on the beach. We try to see as many sunsets over the Gulf as possible.

This is one of our favorite picture of our grandchildren on the beach!

Fort Myers Beach is a 7 mile island offering many activities for the entire family. Our central island beach front location is perfect, allowing you to conveniently explore the entire island. The sunsets from our beach front condo are absolutely beautiful. The tropical bahamas decor makes this a fun place to spend your vacation time on this white sand beach. Walk to area tiki huts and restaurants on the beach. The marina & grocery is direct across the street.

What makes this condo unique

The grocery and marina are just across the street on the back water. You can walk to many restaurants, shops, & tiki bars. There is a trolley that travels the island daily making it easy to explore all the island has to offer. Shelling is a popular thing that most of our visitors enjoy.

Even though the weather was a bit cooler than prior years we still enjoyed our stay at this condo. The sunsets over the gulf are beautiful. The condo is as comfortable as ever.

Nothing as beautiful as this white sand beach. The waters edge is as close as you can get. We love this condo and this is our 6th year at this very same place. If your not happy here there's no place in the world where you would be.
Looking forward to returning next year.

Kathy's condo was exactly what we were looking for for our spring break. The location and the condo were both perfect. The beds and couches were all comfortable and we slept with the windows open each night. The beach was one of the best on the island. Kathy does a great job stocking the condo with amenities that you will need for the week. Thanks for a great week!
