Brand new professionally decorated home in the South West that appeals to everyone’s senses. A home away from home with all inclusive amenities. A spacious 2 story 3015 Sq. Ft. high tech home featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably. Home is located in a private gated community 8 mi away from the Vegas Strip and McCarran Airport with easy access to the I-15 and I-215. Close to shopping centers and all outdoor attractions including Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon and world class golf courses. One of the many highlights of this home includes: heated pool and spa w/ fiber optic lighting, BBQ w/built in refrigirator, 3 LCD HDTV’s w/ Direct TV and movie programming, a Blu-ray Player, high speed wireless internet, i-pod i-home radios in every bedroom. Home is decorated with our guests comfort in mind using comfortable reclining sectional seating in the family room and second story loft. Home has been kept in smoke and pet free environment.

Everything is new: the house, the beds, the appliances, the dishes, the towels, the linens. We loved the pool and spa! The kitchen has all the appliances that you need including microwave, toaster oven and blender. The TVs and Internet connections are fabulous. This is one of the few properties we were able to park our car in the garage. The owner is super easy to work with: he responded to emails quickly, met us at the house the first day, was accessible throughout our stay and handled the finances efficiently. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Las Vegas!

Exactly as described! Contact with the owner was courteous and prompt; very accommodating. Thank you, George! The property manager was there to greet us and show us around. He answered any and all questions. Thank you, Michael! Grocery stores and fast food are close by. Close to the Silverton and South Point casinos/resorts. Close to the strip, Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam, etc. So much to see and do in and around Las Vegas! The pool was so inviting after a long day out and about. We swam in the pool or soaked in the hot tub every evening and most mornings. We cooked our own meals most of the time and unwound and relaxed in front of the big screen tv's on reclining sectional sofas. Even the beds were uber comfortable. What more you could ask for??
