Brand new professionally decorated home in the South West that appeals to everyone’s senses. A home away from home with all inclusive amenities. A spacious 2 story 3015 Sq. Ft. high tech home featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably. Home is located in a private gated community 8 mi away from the Vegas Strip and McCarran Airport with easy access to the I-15 and I-215. Close to shopping centers and all outdoor attractions including Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon and world class golf courses. One of the many highlights of this home includes: heated pool and spa w/ fiber optic lighting, BBQ w/built in refrigirator, 3 LCD HDTV’s w/ Direct TV and movie programming, a Blu-ray Player, high speed wireless internet, i-pod i-home radios in every bedroom. Home is decorated with our guests comfort in mind using comfortable reclining sectional seating in the family room and second story loft. Home has been kept in smoke and pet free environment.

Excellent Property!

This property is exactly as described. The house was nicer than the pictures showed. The house is new as is all that comes with it. The house is beautifully decorated and all appliances are new. The backyard is incredible with a pool and hot tub with fiber optic lights that are incredible at night. Our kids used the pool daily and we used the gas barbque twice to cook meals.
The owner George was terrific to deal with. He was always prompt in returning emails. Very easy to deal with and very accomodating. He met us at the property on arrival and was there when we left. The deposit was returned exactly when he said it would be.
The property is approx 5-10 min drive to the strip and has good access to major routes to all areas of Las Vegas.
This property was unbelievable we would definitely stay there again if available. Do not hesitate to rent this property you will not be dissapointed.

Awesome vacation home

We are a group of 8 adults and we stayed at the property in August 2010. First, let me say that the place was absolutely wonderful. It was very clean and well stocked. From beginning to end, George was great to work with. He accommodated all of our requests (even the last minute one to heat the pool). My brother-in- law uses a wheelchair and the first floor bedroom and bathroom were perfect for him. He found it very easy to get around the house. It is close to many shops and a short drive or cab ride to the Strip. We enjoyed having our morning coffee poolside each morning. We also used the grill and found that to be clean and in great working order. We would not hesitate to rent this property again! Thanks George.

Top Notch House Rental

Excellent accomodation in South Vegas. Close to 215 and short drive to the strip. We were riding motorcycles and found this to be the perfect staging area. This is a quiet gated community. Lots of space, room for kids, pool and spa were clean and functional. 5 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. Room to have your own space. George is very helpful and easy to deal with. We highly recommend this property and will likely rent it again.

BEAUTIFUL HOME <3

My family and some friends rented this home in 2009 for the 2010 New years is was a great home. I loved this home its close to shopping centers. Its very clean the landlord is very welcoming with a great attitude. The house pictures posted doesn't do the home justice. I loved that each room had a ipod dock in it. The upstairs loft (which there is no picture of ) was perfect for the "upstairs sleepers" nicely furnised with a large tv to entertain as well. Washer and dryer were very modern. They supplied us with laundry detergent etc. I loved it so much! Only down fall was a cab ride from the home to the strip was about $30 but we had 9 people to split it with.

Really a GREAT house!!

The locatioin was beautiful and very close to the strip. Everything seen for this house on the site is exactly the way it will be once you arrive. The gentlemen who greeted us and showed us around was really professional and welcoming. If or when I make my trip to Vegas I'll be looking to stay at this place again!
