From there you are a mere 10 steps from the elevator that takes you straight to a climate controlled foyer and to your front door. There are ONLY THREE condo units per floor. Close to Everything! The New Beachfront Pier Park Mall is just a short drive west of our condo. This new mall has all the hottest shopping and restaurants. St. Andrews State park is just one mile east where you can launch your boat, camp, swim, fish off the pier, or just enjoy the beauty of nature. Bay Point Marriott Golf courses are right around the corner too.
The maximum number of guests for this condo is 8.
We will not rent to persons other than families, married couples, and adults who are 30 years of age or older. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of a property under the age of 25 years. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction.
Check-in begins at 4:00PM. Due to our high cleaning standards and peak season check-in days (especially Saturdays), some condominiums may need a little extra cleaning time and check-in may be delayed. We appreciate your patience as we prepare for your stay. On the other hand, if the unit is cleaned upon arrival and you are early, you may occupy the unit at no additional charge. This must be OK’d through owner prior to your arrival.
