Alii Drive is perfect for your morning jog or walk along ocean. Kona coffee at Lava Java (Internet Cafe and Deli) just next door. Walking distance to all activities, stores, and restaurants, Farmers Market, library, Post office, banks. Free Tennis courts are just next to parking. Unit has assigned covered parking away from street and additional guest parking. Driving a car is optional because most activities are within walking distance. Concrete building provides good sound insulation. BBQ area with equipment is at the pool area, solarium for social gathering is on 7th floor.

As soon as booking fee is recieved, you will be informed, and added to the calendar. At this point at least 50% of your balance is due. Second and final installment is due at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.Security deposit is fully refunded no later than 14 days after your departure, provided no deductions are made due to: damage to the property or furnishings, additional cleaning performed beyound the reasonable sandard, lost keys, or any other cost incurred by the homeowner due to guest’s stay.If the premises appear unsatisfactory upon check-in, the guest shall inform the homeowner immediately.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If the guest wishes to cancel reservation 30 days prior to the arrival date the rental fee will be fully refunded.No refund if cancelled 30 days or less prior to the arrival date. If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:a) The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a 'Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area' and/orb) A 'mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning' area of residence of a vacationing guest.The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a 'Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning,' area, we will refund: - Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; - Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and - Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the 'Hurricane Warning' period. The parties agree to the terms of this Short Term Rental Agreement, as evidenced by the Guest agreeing to these terms.RULES:1.Pets are NOT allowed.2. Smoking is NOT allowed in the unit or anywhere outside on the property.3. Persons other than those in the guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. 4. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 6. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 7. Please conserve electricity whenever possible.HOUSEKEEPING:There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. For longer (over 10 days stay) we’ ll give you phone # of cleaner - you will pay to her directly.
We suggest you have your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.The guest shall allow the homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
I am retired and enjoy skiing, playing chess, diving, etc. I live in Kailua-Kona, I love Hawaii and mostly swimming in ocean but sometimes come to this marvelose huge pool at my condo. It is very private and well maintained.
My home is 4 miles from my condo, so I am available to help you if you need it.
My young age dream was to see Hawaii. And after my first visit in 1980 I wanted live here.
I bought this condo to live in it. I live now in a house and keep this condo as vacation rental. I still love to stay in condo when it is available. It's so many interesting activities around, just next door.
