Conveniently located in the heart of Lexington, this executive style ranch home has 5 BR and 4 BA and located in the prestigious Cumberland Hill Subdivision. This spacious home features 2 levels. The upper level has 3 BRs and 2 1/2 BA w/ a large master suite unique with tray ceiling and luxurious bathroom featuring a large jacuzzi and dressing room. All the bedrooms have comfortable king sized beds on the upper level. The modern kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, breakfast nook and a formal dining room ready for entertaining. The great room features a fireplace and a cathedral ceiling and is adjoined by a tranquil sun room looking out over a multi level deck with spacious fenced back yard. There is an attached 2 car garage. The lower level features 2 well appointed bedrooms. One has a QN sized bed with a beautiful dressing room, along with a full/twin trundle bed. 2nd BR has 2 full sized beds .Great room has a fireplace with game table w/ adjoining bath.

My home is located in the Cumberland Hills Subdivision, 8 minutes and 4.92 miles from downtown Lexington. and University of Kentucky. Keeneland is 11 miles from my home and Kentucky Horsepark is 17 miles away. Churchill Downs is 83 miles away.

Other Activities: basketballl net in yard. Natural Bridge is a natural wonder and nearby. Shaker Village is a must-see. Lots of country musuc talent locally on weekends, especially in Georgetown.

The house was even better than it looked in the pictures! Beautifully decorated with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. If I am ever in Lexington again I will stay here.

I came to Lexington with My Construction Crew to do maintaince on some area schools. I came across this house Listing on Home Away and really loved the decor and how spacious it was.The property was very Clean and well maintained, I spent 2 months here and loved every minute of it. Not only was it close by where I would be working..also within a mile from a nice shopping center.

Gorgeous Home

My family used this house for the weekend of our daughters wedding. Her wedding was located at Talon Winery, which is 3 miles from this house. It was absolutely wonderful. We were close to the location for decorating and rehearsal, and the wedding itself. My parents, my two brothers and their families were able to stay under one roof, with extended family coming from out of town, being able to leisurely visit and truly enjoy the weekend. The house was just like home, only better. Everything was ready for us. Very large rooms, with plenty of space to spread out. We couldn't have been more pleased.
Thank you for the use of your home, and if we ever have another opportunity to come with extended family, we will certainly call you first.
